sir i have ordered globalite ace sneakers on 1st of november2014, and i receive that product on 3rd of nov but after just 18 days sole of the shoes are broken both pair left and right sir now as per company 30 days return policy i have applied for refund they send me msg that executive come for pickup that damage product everyday i have received a msg for pick up but no one come for pickup from last four days i only just want refund and penalty on them
