Flipkart – Product Not Delivered – Review

I ordered three products from flipkart on 06-07-2014. My product number is WSRP0166392144 One of the product was delivered on 09-07-2014. However two products were not yet delivered. I tried contacting them on 12-07-2014 and they promised to delivered it withing 48 hours but it was not delivered. Then again I contacted them today on 15-07-2014 and now too they felt sorry for the delay and again promised to deliver the product on 19-07-2014. Is it acceptable form FLIPKART??/ I have gone through lot of trouble in calling them asking about my product. They have not even once bothered to tell me about the delay in delivering of products. How long a courier should take to deliver a product?? It was not possible to even track the product. Their courier partners have failed or the FLIPKART team as a whole as failed. Please do something so that the product reaches me in time and also teach FLIPKART a lesson so that they do not harass their customers like this. They have been a silent spectator all these days where their customer is busy asking details about the product delivery. Then suddenly they cancelled my order saying the product is no more available. This is complete cheating on part of F FLIPKART. My precious time has been completely wasted in following up with their management with no solution to my problems.

Compensation in the form of putting this problem in all leading newspapers and same amount of compensation monetarily as a punishment so that same mistake may not be repeated in future to anyone.
