Flipkart – Product Returned – Refund Delayed – Review

Hi Team I’ve ordered 5 products from Flipkart on 22/06/2014 and returned 2 products for exchange. And Flipkart informed me I’ll get exchanged products within 2-3 days. They attempted the delivery 3 times but did not deliver the product they asked for returning product, which I’ve already returned and they confirmed that thing 3-4 times by calling me and everytime I need to call them to get status. And ultimately I asked them to give me refund or deliver my exchanged products. There advisors promised me that you’ll get refund within 5-7 working days in your account. But they did not arrange refund for me. I called them 5-10 times then they arranged the refund for me to my bank account(?727), but they refund me only ?364. I’m getting frustated from the behaviour of advisors & as well as their SME’s. They’re so rude and do false promises to their customer. I’ve already chase them from last one month but I did not get any resolution from them. Please help me out & give me resoltuion for it. Please take some action against them. I want the money back to my bank account as soon as possible and also want some kind of compensation as this has been going on for a while and I had to make lots of calls which resulted in a huge phone bill, so a compensation for the original refund and the phone charges is what I need at the moment.
