This is a Water purifier service company. I had enrolled for a Annual Service Contract with these people last year Nov 2013 for an amount of Rs 4000/- for one water RO filter. Each time I have some problem I keep calling these guys for weeks together and they don’t bother to either pick phone or send any service person. Just once they came and now again my purifier is leaking water and I have been trying to reach these people for the past 2 weeks and they keep saying we are sending someone but no one turns up ever. Even there Manager or owner whoever it is some Mr. Vijay never piks up his phone nor calls back. when we call there Call centre some lady picks up phone named Nikita or Tina and every time they say we will send and no one comes. This is getting ridiculous. We are not able to use our water filter and having to borrow water from outside. This is not acceptable.

I want my AMC money back Rs 4000/- plus the cost of all phone calls and follow ups and extar water that we bought from outside market.
