I placed an order on flipkart for “Huawei E303C Data Card (Black”) @ INR1199 on 14th Aug 2014. I made an online payment with my SBI debit Card for the product. Delivery deadline for the order was Aug 21st, but I received the product on 22nd. When I opened the packet I found another model (Huawei E1752 White), instead of that I had ordered. I asked for a return (RETURN ID 7100214) on 26th Aug. They approved the request on 28th Aug. The email they sent regarding the approval was subjected as: ‘Return Created for Items in your Flipkart Order – OD40814041065?’ but in the text of the mail they said they will refund the money I had paid for the item. However, a guy came to pick up the stuff on 29th Aug but did not take that back on some illogical reasons. I called Flipkart’s customer care. They asked for my apology and said they will definitely take the stuff back on next day, ie. today. I got a SMS today morning confirming that the stuff will be recollected before 7.30 pm. I waited all the day long and then called Flipkart’s customer care and been assured about the pick-up within the due time. But after the time limit mentioned by them got over, I received an SMS mentioning that the pick-up had been rescheduled as per my request, though I did not made any such request. Now, my point was, the price of the product I ordered for has been increased to INR 2199 from INR1199. If I did go for Flipkart, might have bought the product cheaper that time. But when I asked the customer care executive to replace the product or to make the refund with proper compensation, the refused.
I want the product which I had ordered for with proper compensation for the economic and mental harassment they caused.
