Flipkart Sold Defective Lenovo Mobile

I have bought a Lenovo A6000 Plus mobile from flipkart.com on 28-04-2015. They delivered the product on 02-05-2015. I found the product is defective and requested for replacement on 09-05-2015 under flipkart 30 day replacement policy as the product is defective. But the flipkart team delay my request until 20-05-2015 and they replied that your replacement request is rejected. I again called flipkart.com on 21-05-2015 to know the reason for rejection of the replacement request. They simly tell me that there must be technical problem. The team simply delay the replacement and they do not follow their replacement policy. I am attaching the screen shot which contains order no. and other details needed along with this

I want my product replaced with a new one or refund. I also want you to take legal action for non-following of return policy and deceiving common people.
