I purchased an Ipod Touch 32GB from Flipkart bearing Serial no. CCQLXLHGDJFD.The order ID was OD40317035414. The device stopped working on 15 November so I contacted Apple care to get it solved. But I was not granted my request several times even when I submitted all the genuine documents & invoice provided to me by the Seller.I am repeatedly being shunned by Apple Care. Because of their doing I was not able to use my device from almost 2 months.

I want my device unlocked as soon as possible.
