Flipkart Sold Faulty Xiomi Mobile, Refuse to replace

Sir, This is to inform you that i purchased online a MobileXiomi Mi 4i from flipkart and the invoice is attached.The mobile is defective and to name few 1. mobile gets hot on use of call or any other works. 2.the voice to text is not working. 3. The app given in mobile consumes all memory space leaving small memory. 4.The mobile does not ring on incoming calls 5.It opens too many windows 6.It asks for chinese inputs which i don`t know. 7.most the software do not work at all.Since i do not use this defective mobile ,i exercised the option of return to flipkart .The flipkart people tried to push me to keep the mobile and on my refusal ,they tried to force me to install some app .I refused and i said that you have return policy as given in invoice so please take your defective mobile and return my money. Flipkart refused to return my mobile and money. I am a central govt. officer ,therefore not rich,to bear purchase loss of Rs. 12,999 .

1. The defective mobile should be taken back by flipkart as per invoice and Rs.12,999 should be returned. 2. The flipkart should compensate for my physical,mental and financial sufferings. 3. the flipkart may be given suitable punishment to deter them to repeat any incidence like this
