I purchase DDB LED TV please find the attachments of product modal details. Hardly its 4 months I purchase this TV .I am really disappointed from videocon .I am using my old videocon television since 2000 but its working fine now also.I purchase this DDB LED TV its d2h board is burst.I know its in warranty period but what I do when warranty ends and its stop working. Sir I request you I want to exchange this television with Normal videocon LED TV. I don’t need this DDB anymore. What should I do please suggest me. I also not satisfied with your customer care support. 🙁
