Flipkart Sold Used Dell Laptop

I ordered a brand new Dell laptop from Flipkart for Rs.30,000. It was delivered on 22nd July. However, I found that it was having multiple issues, despite being sold as brand new. It was probably a refurbished product, as the other customers, too, have mentioned in their reviews. They are not willing to refund, nor even replace, and have been delaying things ever since. The issue is still unresolved till now.

Spent Rs.30,000 for a brand new Dell laptop but got a defective one. Had to go through a lot of mental harassment as the customer executives just kept fooling me saying the issue would be resolved within 24 hours. Flipkart sent me two emails saying they will arrange a pickup, but they did NOT!

1 – Refund of the cost I paid for the Dell laptop – Rs.30,000. I’m more than willing to hand over the laptop to them. 2 – Compensation of Rs. 1,80,000 for the mental harassment I had to go through, as well as the time I wasted in having lengthy conversations with the Flipkart executives that didn’t yielded any results. 3 – Compensation of Rs. 55,000 for cheating – They sent me two emails saying they will arrange a pickup but didn’t, and said it was a mistake. 4 – Compensation of Rs. 40,000 for removing my honest (negative) review from their website about my experience that I posted on the product page.
