This is full clarification against my previous complain on 08 may 2015 i have order huawei honor bee mobile worth mrp rs. 4999/- through flipkart. order id – od002794331694656700 (invoice has been attached). the mrp is 4999/- and flipkart/huawei was also giving 4 different offer at that time. hence i order n took the delivery after giving rs. 4999/- but there was no document or any thing about the offer shown in the website hence i contacted flipkarts on 14 may many times again i email them on 15 may many times for which they replied. they emailed mentioning that these are the offer that they are giving me. but these were not the offer shown during the time when i purchased honor bee. in this email which described the eligibility etc of the offer its is clearly mention that this offers are for buyer of following mobile set and my handset model is not mentioned. i have informed them about this many times. i can show you this email. after so many contacting them 8-10 times i finally requested them to return my product on 15-16 may. 10-12. the return request was approved and after reviewing my return request they send me a sms that the product will be pick up on 17 may 15. but they cancelled the return request on 18 may and now regrets to take return back. through according to return policy and what they advertise that product can be return within 1 month. call me 08877006xxx for further clarification, why did they mail me wrong offer that wasn’t not for me. why did they change the offer. why did they don’t return. why did they disapprove my return request after approving before.

i want complete refund n return of the product.
