Bajaj Finance – EMI debited wrong charges

I am sachi patel. I purchased led TV and refrigerator from bajaj (sales india, ahmedabad ). ac no – 4180CD01468671 ( TV ) Emi – 1528/-. ac no – 4180CD02920793 ( refrigerator Emi – 1706/-. at the end of December I request to change my bank account no to bajaj office, cg road, Ahmadabad. they said it will take 45 days to change and you have to pay 1 emi cash so I paid both emi in cash advance rs 1528/- at 31/01/2015 rect no 57024582 agmt no- 4180CD01468671. rs 1706 /- at 31/01/2015 no – 57024543 agmt no – 4180CD02920793. because I don’t want anything affect my cibi. I got confirmation that my account updated in bajaj. I purchased washing machine from vijay sakes at 25/01/2015 at rs 18000/- , rs 101 paid same time and 1790 × 10 emi. sales person said emi comes at every 2nd of month.at the time of purchase I informed him about my bank account change and he assured me that your emi come from new account and emi will start from 2nd March 2015. in March two emi debited 1528/- and 1709/- but 1st emi of washing machine didn’t came 1790/-. so I went to Bajaj branch and asked about it they said sales person didn’t knw about it you should have to change bank account every time at purchase I was shocked. I paid emi at same time rs 1790/- at 20/03/2015 rect no 66130654 cash and also paid 1790 at 31/03/2015 rect no 67071790 in advance for next coming emi because account officer still not sure for bank account update. bajaj debited emi 1790 at 08/04/2015 which is I already paid by cash at 31/03/2015 no 67071790. again I went to bajaj office and ask why this happened they had no answers. one person came from account department named_ shivkumar he said next emi will not be debited from your account, and one emi will be cover from last emi .shivkumar gave me his desk no 07930018219 and say if you have any queries contact me. in may 1790 emi didn’t debited at 2nd may then after I got emails and calls that my emi was bounce because of unsatisfactory balance special pay immediately after that I called customers service many time but still no reply and 16/05/2015 bajaj again debited 1790 emi without any information I m shocked what the he’ll going on .how can you debited without any information emi which is already paid. you are finance company or froud company. and now no one picking my calls keep send me sms that pay 350 bounce charges otherwise will affect your cibi. look in to matter. i ll go to consumers courts and core center in any condition I’ll not let you affect my cibi for your foolish administration. written confirmation, assurance will not affect my cibil and give confirmation to cibil. pay back my advance emi.
