Sir/Mam, I, Anuradha, working here in Food Corporation of India.We took MTS dongle. But the speed of internet was not good. We could not use service properly. We complained many times. But they did nothing.And now they are threatening us for bill payment.They gave us wrong information at the time of purchasing. They never respond to ours complaints. Now they are threatening us that they will give us legal notice.We went to their nearby center, but again they told that talk to our lawyer who is calling you and asking about legal notice. Please help us and take necessary action. Thank you.

We don’t want any tension, any calls( specially threatening calls) from the company and their legal department.
