Airtel – Wrong deduction balance no redressal

My Airtel mobile no. is +919831591xxx. I am using a BlackBerry handset in which it is not possible for the internet to run without taking a special BlackBerry internet plan or otherwise you may use WiFi and I have been using WiFi for internet but since Saturday, Airtel has been deducting money from my prepaid account in the name of DATA USAGE and approximately Rs. 50 to 60 have been deducted in the name. I contacted the customer care day before yesterday. The person who received the call, said that the deduction was because of surfing on the internet using their connection. But when I protested stating the above facts, he transferred the call to some so called Senior who said the deductions were correct. So, I requested for a Port so that I can get a call from their side and thereby get a solution for the same but when they called and I told them about my issue, they kept me on hold for a long time and I disconnected. Thereafter they called me up many times and each time I picked up their call, they disconnected immediately. I am attaching a photo proof of one of the many call summaries of only 1 second after which they disconnected. I stopped receiving their calls after that as they were only harassing me. God knows what were they trying to prove by immediately disconnecting the call. I have been an Airtel user for a long time and this behavior has been common but this time, the cheating has crossed all limits.

I hereby demand my deducted amount of Rs. 60 and separate compensation for harassment and cheating by Airtel which I have been facing since 4 days as they are going on deducting my balance whenever I switch on my WiFi which actually has nothing to do with the connection I am using whosoever be it. Immediate action solicited.
