The complaint is against order no.6373009387 of canvas spark. The flash sale is started every Wednesday on 12 noon. From last three Wednesday I try to place the order. But when I click to other payment option the further webpage was not open.This was technical fault of Snapdeal.com Therefore this time I placed order as COD but I already have 3100 rs as SD cash in my account. After placing order I contact them through email and requested them to deduct 3100 rs from cost of product remaking I will pay as COD. But they refuse this. As the order was not placed through other payment option due to their technical problem its responsibility of Snapdeal to make such adjustment. It is totally harassment of customer.
