Flipkart’s Mobile Shopping – eKart Delivered Soap

I had ordered a Lenovo Vibe K-5 Note (order no. OD506710 444705 701000) upon its launch on 4th August, 2016. After a wait of 4 days, EKart delivered the package. To our utmost shock, upon opening the package, it comprised of only a Vimbar Soap and Phone Charger. There was no cell phone and other accessories (backcover and screen guard). This kind of response from a reputed company like Flipkart and its associated partners is really unbelievable. Flipkart always commits of delivering the original product to Customer’s satisfaction. But this has contradicted Flipkart’s commitment and we have lost all our trust on Flipkart. After I was delivered a VimBar in the package instead of the Lenovo phone I ordered, I lodged a complaint with Flipkart and I was happy that they had agreed to their mistake and also agreed to deliver a replacement. The below email acknowledges the replacement to be delivered by 10th August. I received a SMS too from Flipkart acknowledging the replacement phone to be delivered by 10th August. To my utter surprise, Flipkart Social Media team called me up today and said that the investigation team has submitted their report and their is no fault at their end; hence they have cancelled my replacement request. Flipkart also refused to refund my money which I had paid for the phone, which never got delivered. This is utterly disturbing, discouraging and unprofessional. I request you to take immediate action in this matter
