Hi, My name is Bhupinder Kumar, I am from Mumbai and a technical trainer by profession. Desmond David from Florence Fennel Informatica (P) Ltd contacted me for comducting a training at IBM Kolkata through Florence Fennel Informatica Pvt Ltd. Details of contact person and company are “Desmond David|Head – Sales Operations|Florence fennel Informatica (P) Ltd. B-41, Sector – 63| Noida- 201301, INDIA | Work: 0120-6513708, Extn 202| Hand phone: +91 9650879997 Email: David@florencefennel.co.in, | URL: www.florencefennel.co.in”. Many emails were exchanged to finalize this training assignment as per the terms mentioned in my email. It was agreed that payment would be released within or upto 30 calendar days after the last date of training; agreeing to this i took up the assignment for conducting the training. Last date of training was 13th June 2013, and i should have received my payment by 13th July 2013. its more than 60 days by now and i am still waiting for my payment.

Being fed up following for my payments i finally had given them last deadline for transfering the money to my bank account by or before 16th Aug 2013, 6pm. As i havent received my payment i decided to seek support of this forum. I just want my payment of Rs. 77,664/- to be recovered from this company and any possible compensation towards the mental stress due to non payment and repeatead follow up and highly unprofessional behavoior of Florence Fennel Informatica (P) Ltd.
