I have made order in foodpanda.in online from the Biryani Bowl, BTM on 8th October 2014 at 10:00PM and paid online. I received a confirmation SMS and received confirmation call from the restaurant with in 5 minutes. They have not delivered the food even after 3 hrs and there is no response from the restaurant and the food panda when I try to reach them. I don’t want any relief, i just want to punish strongly foodpanda and Biryani Bowl for cheating repeatedly, so that no one should suffer in future.
