I have purchased the above Sim Card on 13/12/2009 from Mobile Stores which was activated on the Spot. However later on the same was deactivated on 31/12/2009 for which reason was provided by the Customer Care as inverification of Documents sumitted by me.

On the request of Customer Care, i have sumitted all the necessary documets required for activation of Sim card again on 2/01/2010 at the nearest Airtel Gallery. Inspite of which my Card has not yet activated till date.

So i request you to look into this matter & do the needful to me as early as possible.
