Forced wallpaper and mp3 tune download by Airtel even when i am sleeping.

Today morning i was sleeping at 6:09 am and got up at 8:00 am and on my mobile i saw 6 messages of 2 wallpaper downloads and 4 downloads of the same mp3 tune charging me in total Rs. 80. I called the customer care and they told me someone else might have downloaded in my home when there was no one in my home to touch my phone. Then they said you yourself must have downloaded to which i said i did not do it and also why would a person download the same mp3 tone 4 times and spend Rs. 60 on it when i get all m3tones on internet. This is forced download by Airtel and unduly they rare charging customers and also when i searched for those downloaded wallpaper and mp3 tones i could not find anywhere in my phone.Ater the first call to customer care i tried to reach them again to lodge a complaint that if as you say i have downloaded the wallpaper and mp3 tune from Airtel but there are no such wallpaper and mp3 tones in my whole phone when i searched the call ends when the part of connecting to the customer executive starts ending my call again and again abruptly. I seek my undue charging of Rs. 80 from Airtel. (Its not a question of mere Rs.80, its of ethics and undue forced charging and cheating by a reputed company). Imagine if they do this daily to 100000 customers and charge them on an average Rs. 20 it amounts to a staggering Rs. 20 lakh undue income for Airtel daily. Also now a days Airtel sends message in such a way that u dont have any option on the message other than OK sign and the customer moves out of the message by pressing OK sign and ad he get charged for undue message and downloads. Please stop this unethical tricks to charge customers unduely when they dont want your stupid add on services.
