I had booked a car from Ford on 4th August from their dealership in Noda (Noida Ford) and paid INR 50,000/- towards booking. I was assured that the vehicle will be delivered within 4 months. When I followed them for delivering the car, they said it will be delivered by 5th month and now they have pushed the delivery to 7th month, don’t know finally when they will deliver the car. Ford has raised the prices of the car twice after the booking and are saying that I will have to pay the increased prices. The wait has been prolonged by FORD due to its INABILITY to meet the demand and TIMELINES and for reasons largely attributable to Ford’s INABILITY, they are making the customers pay in time and cost. They are making us wait and wait in anticipation and then the manager at the dealership behaves rudely and tries to correct our maths be it with respect to time or cost. As a customer, we expect Ford to have some sense of ACCOUNTABILITY towards us. Please intervene and help.
Kindly intervene and help. The manufacturer has failed to keep its commitment and has raised the price of the car twice after my booking and is not delivering the car. I want them to deliver the car immediately and at the price at which I booked. They should be taken to task for all the harassment they have caused and should be fined and this amount should be used for social cause.
