Karbonn mobile – Even after, 50 days i have not received it back from centre

I had given my mobile S5 karbonn mobile to company service centre, infinity care, Borivali west, Mumbai on 23 rd Nov’13. Even after, 50 days i have not received it back. It is strange that right from the beginning the display touch screen sensitivity started giving problems with non uniformity across the screen. The service centre infrastructure is pathetic and it took us waiting of over 2.5 hrs just to give the phone for repair. Even after multiple visits the mobile has not been given back to us citing various reasons. No body picks up the phone…even if some body picks up, he is not able to give any answer and the customer like us is left to hold the line. I urge you to please look into the service setup…there should be some reasonable quality and turn around time commitments, if Karbonn wants to be a serious player in mobile handset market. I am really fed up. Even the contact no given in the company provided booklet is wrong … You can check, it is 8433202222. I have already suffered lot in terms of money and time visiting the service centre multiple times. I have also raised this complaint with them on email support@jainaindia.com , but no concrete reply has been given. The company is taking its consumer for a royal ride and the feedback I have is that the company does not have necessary spares… It is a clear case that company is only interested in selling the mobiles and making quick money, they are least interested that the inferior product they are selling also needs service for which they do not have the infrastructure

I need full refund as I have lost trust and confidence in the ability of Karbonn mobile. I also like the company to pay me a sum of Rs 10000 over and above the cost of the mobile to compensate me towards all the hardships and humiliation
