My Car no. UK07AP5322 had an accident in October 2013. Since then Bhagat Ford Service people have not completed the repairing of my Car and they have written me a mail saying that they will charge Rs 250 per day since December 2013. I visited Service department yesterday i.e. 22nd May 2014 but still there are several things that are not done and they are just complaining to each other. Parts are still on Order.

It is regretted that I have been loyal to Ford since beginning and given them several references. But They are ruining my reputation and just not giving me correct information. I am paying my Installments, nut I do not have the car for last 7 months. What is the use to have this Car back after so may months with no Car.

I want the Car to be ready without any charges or I want the New Car now as I have told them several times because they are not bothered to give me my Car.
