I booked an ecosport petrol last year July. Paid 50,000/- and delivery to be made in Jan’14 – Feb’14. Price change of the model, dealer never informed me, After chasing them got to know of the same. Dec’13 got a call informing me that they cannot meet my delivery promise and i should cancel order and i have to pay the fine. I don’t want to cancel then they said pay more to upgrade or else we will cancel your order. I refused to agree with them, Get threatening call asking to cancel order, wait for another 8 months or buy the next model.

My full money refund with interest and compensation for the emotional stress and duress i was put under.
