Sub: Cabbage Diet b –(InvoiceNo.10001632 dt 08.11.2013 I have bought the cabbage diet b capsule from you vide above invoice. I regret to inform that the product did not help me to reduce even a single pound of weight after taking for 22 days. I have already informed your customer care.They have agreed to refund the amount. So as per the terms of agreement of purchase I am sending the copy of invoice along with the 2 opened bottles. Kindly refund the amount by issuing a cheque or DD in the name of Deepa T.P. at the earliest. After sending the above letter by registered post on 4/12/2013. I have contacted them on above number and they confirmed the receipt of letter and informed that refund will be given in January Ist week. when I did not received the refund I contacted them again then they informed that they will refund the amount by January. Now they are not picking up the phone. I have send email to them, they didn’t respond to that. They are promoting this product through face book. I have tried to contact them through Facebook too. They didn’t respond. Now when I check the company info In Internet, I found that they have started a new website for promoting another similar product called Drain Slim with money back guarantee. I am sure the intention of company is to cheat the public at large. I have also seen another complaint against this company on similar grounds.

I want to get the refund as agreed in terms of purchase. and further want to ensure that nobody else is cheated by this company again
