Dear All, pls note that i vijay kumar jaiswal along with my wife had a meeting with Ratna Sinha (V.M Sales & Marketing) of Country Club india ltd at Grand Mall, Gurgaon office 122002 on dated 8/03/14, firstly she took our all information about our financial status and our planning for the vacation, as we were newly married so we were planning to go Singapore Malaysiaa for vacation, after that she told us that she will make the full arrangement for us and will make a complete package with our country vacation membership, which will include flight tickets, visa charges, 5 start hotels accommodation, foods, all the sight seen, pickup and drop facility and we need not to worry for anything, they will also provide the clubbing facility and will provide 2 domestic flight tickets free, and will also provide the voucher for the special new year or any festival celebration and so many lucrative things to be offered. and we need to pay only INR 75000 as a membership charges one time for 5 years, where she cheated with us by giving wrong information , false commitment about their services and facilities and took the INR 75000 from us through our Standard chharterd bank debit card for 5 years membership, we were socked when we received the CCIL kit where it was mentioned that they will only provide the accommodation facility and none of any services mentioned above or committed by Ratna Sinha their sales person, tehy also send a contract copy which we never signed, i called up their customer care for the booking of our tour packages for Singapore , Malaysia they simply said that we can only provide accommodation facility to us that too we need to book the resort before 4 months in advance, and have to pay additional AMC charges for that, it was so erratating to us, they guys have simply cheated with us by doing fraud with us, i have not availed any facility from them and wanted to cancel my membership with them and want to return our hard earned money back to us, it is simply fraud to us by Ratna Sinha who is not even picking up my phone or not available on the office no, pls do something and return my money back immediately, my details or as below, Membership no – CCDL52V5LW18086 vijay kumar jaiswal 099537375XX
