I file my income tax returns in India as well as abroad in compliance with IRS and indian IT requirements. I need my Form 26 AS from the Government of India for this. I can access my account online, but when I click on Request for Form 26 AS, it directs me to TRACES website but always, always, it says “Site unavailalble due to technical reason”. If I cannot have my 26 AS online, how can I pay my taxes in India an abroad? However this website of TDS CPC is available from India, Why? Can this be rectified urgently? Who do I complain to? I am trying to access the TRACES website to view my tax credit in form 26AS. However, despite repeated attempts, I am seeing only the message “The site in not available due to Technical Reasons”. I have just moved to Saudi and trying to access from there. I am not sure whether the access is blocked from outside India and hence this query. Is there any other way that I could get this.
