BSNL Penta – charging problem from starting poor response by centre

My name is NARENDRA SINGH GANGWAR and I have purchased BSNL Penta WS802C- DC (2G Calling Tablet-8 Inch-8 GB Memory), [through Naaptol/ Blue Dart with order no.: 7714543, Invoice No: 846287/MH/0000453/2013-2014 Date: 30/11/2013, TIN/VAT Regn No: 27780867087V for an amount Rs.8179/- , Consignment note/Courier Receipt No: 59182601984] which has charging problem from starting. So I had sent this tablet to Penta service centre on 13-01-2014. My registration no. for warranty is PENTOFF0036006 and my job sheet no for service is PENSER0099233. In starting it was assured that the tablet will be repaired and returned within 15 to 20 days but even after 45 days till today my tablet has not been repaired and returned from the service center. When I contact on customer care no +91.120.4805xxx, then every time the response is that it will take 8 to 10 days in repairing or replacing. I have sent many times emails on customercare@pantel.in , techsupport@pantel.in , info@pantel.in , vishnu.vm@pantel.in , L1support@pantel.in , L2support@pantel.in to resolve the problem. But again and again they are saying to me to wait even after 55 days from 13/1/2014 till today 10/3/2014. Please help me. Thanking you WITH REGARDS N.S.GANGWAR +91-7351604511
