Sir, I have bought samsung galaxy trend S7392 red from dejavutrends.com on 14.02.14 at Rs.6570/-.My order no is 10009082.I did not receieved any information about shipment till 21.02.14 though I have already paid them at the time of purchase.As they failed to ship by 21.02.14 I cancelled the order on 21.02.14.They promised me refund with in 7-10 days but they don’t paid any single penny.Today is 10.03.14.I have not received any money or any date when they will be able to refund.Also they arr not available at helpline no 180030001177.They only replying through mail when I mail them.Each time they are buying time from me.Please do something about this problem.I am in highly need of money.At their website order status is showing “on hold” after cancellation.

I simply need my money back with compensation because they are holding my own money for nearly one month with out any reason.
