I got to know about stop shop offer that if you pay 10k you will get to avail its membership and an additional value of 15k rs. However, the sales person lied to me, after buying the product i came to know that i will get any value for the products. I got the membership, but the services are not active for three years, besides i had around 6k rs in my OSS online account which shows O rs now, they keep saying that it will be updated, but it is never updated.

A loss of 16k rs and no services.

A refund of 16k rs.
