I took a policy no.AFP2982029 from Aviva Life ins Co.. On receiving the policy documents from the co., I am shocked to see an unsigned illustration in the policy annexed instead of the signed illustration given with the proposal. This is clear cheating and fraud by Aviva Life Ins Co.. I have made several complaints to the co. who have in their reply assured that the signed illustration is valid but have so far not replaced the policy inspite of 20 reminders in last 30 days. Please Help.
