This company has made fraud promises as a builder who didn’t had even LEGAL permission for the land allocation. In return, they FAILED to construct the building and later on, when consumers are looking for back payment of the invested amount, consumers are in big trouble because of these Fraud Cheques which finally get bounced. It has been more than 2 years now but we have not got single penny from this fraud company.

I have made 2 payments for the flat amount as it was said on time. Total amount paid to them is 5,76,130/-. This company issued a cheque which was dated 12 May 2015 from IndusInd Bank which later got bounced twice. I intimated the company by mails several times before depositing cheque to bank. But there was no response from them.
