I purchased an Insurance Policy from M/s Bharti AXA Life Insurance Co. Limited, Mumbai in my Wife’s Name (Mrs.R.Manimala) having the following details.

I have been paying the said half –yearly premium of Rs.12500/- promptly through SBI/HE/Kailasapuram, Tiruchirappalli-620014 Branch (Branch IFSC Code No.SBIN0001363) through Account Payee Cheques , favouring M/s Bharti AXA Life Insurance Co.ltd., Mumbai. A few Cheques were sent by Speed Post and a few Cheques were personally handed over at M/s Bharti Branch Office at Tiruchirappalli , Tamilnadu . All the Cheques were honoured and receipts were given by M/s Bharti AXA Life Insurance Co., Ltd.,. Promptly I have paid 9 premiums, (totaling Rs.12,500*9=Rs 1,12,500/-) ie., up to January 2013.

Mr.Saravanakumar from Mobile No.+919211361338, +918860484857 & +919211026409 contacted to me on 29.01.2013, saying that he is speaking from Hyderabad as I am a Fund Manager/RBI, Hyderabad and induced me that he could get back the entire premium amount remitted by me to M/s Bharti AXA Life Insurance Co., Ltd., towards my policy along with bonus accured. He also forced me to get G.M.I.C (Government Membership Insurance Code) to get back the entire premium along with bonus, there is a provision for getting all the money. On 29.01.2013 he messaged from his Mobile No. +919212894123 to my Mobile No.9443747391 G.I.M.C. No. (IR9694GA25). He also persuaded me to send Rs.25,000/- to
purchase another policy as a formalities from M/s Shriram Life Insurance Co., Ltd.,. which will help him to get back my premium amount along with bonus immediately from M/s Bharti AXA Life Insurance Co.,Ltd.,. believing his words, as advised by Mr.Saravanakumar, I drew and sent an Account Payee Cheque No.594804, dated 01.02.2013 for Rs.25,000/-of SBI,HE- Kailasapuram, Tiruchirappalli in favour of Mr.Deepak Sharma,356,Aggarwal Millinium Tower, 3rd floor, Netaji Subhash Palace, Delhi 110034 and
the said Cheque got honoured on 07.02.2013. I received a policy from Shriram Life Insurance with the
following details.

Since I did not receive the premium amount along with bonus accured from M/s Bharti AXA Life Insurance as assured by Mr.Saravanakumar, On 17.04.2013, I contacted Mr.Saravanakumar from my mobile no. 9443747391 to his mobile no.+919211361338, he advised me to make one more transaction to get back the premium amount and bonus accrued from M/s Bharti AXA Life Insurance and the amount Rs.25,000/- send on 01.02.2013. Accordingly, I drew another Account Payee Cheque No.594808, Dated 17.04.2013 for Rs.30,000/- of SBI,HE,Kailasapuram ,Tiruchirappalli -620014 in favour
of Mr.P.K.Reheja , Shriram Life Insurance Company Limited, Plot No.B-51, Sector-6, Noida, Gutam Budh Nagar, Uttarpradesh, Pin-201301 and the said cheque got honoured on 07.02.2013. But I did not receive any policy.
