Mr Kalpan panchal has done fraud to me . he is buying cheap duplicate Samsang Note 3 phone from surat and selling in ahmedabad in high cost. Tomarrow (22/12/2013) at 8 pm purchased mobile from Mr Kalpan . He told me that he want to sell the phone and the phone is of his sister studying in korea and told me to give bill afterward. i paid him 27900 rs there(he also lied that he is govt employee) . When i reached home and used that phone found its duplicate and called Mr Kalpan and asked my money back but he denied . Now he is not picking my phone.(i am one of his victim). i also visited gandhinagar police station but they told to complain at Naranpura police station .
