I have Purchases hero Honda Passion pro on dated 07 apr-2013 engine no. HA10ENDHC07593 Chassis No. MBLHA10AWDHC67786, I had face a lot of problem in this bike like engine sound, hard running, Till now my bike km is 6000 and 03 service is complete now but bike performance is very poor and I think after 6000 km, engine going on smooth and bike run is very smoothly. But no You know Enfield bike sound like sound come in my bike. I have say to service center sound come from my bike but he will say this is not problem ( sound nahi aa rahi hai sir. itni sound to aayagi yai to company sa aati hai kuch din ur chalao fhir dekhna ) I have given the complaint in second time. 1st time I have raise the complaint 17/05/2013. On this time service center say me after run the some km engine going on smooth. But on 6000 km engine not going on smooth I’m very said after purchase this bike and I have not given the suggestion to friend and relative for purchase the HERO bike Please do the needful if you can. Otherwise I will claim to hero
