I am a student, studying at Mumbai. My native state is Odisha. Before coming to Mumbai I had purchased a HCL laptop from PIONEER INFOTECH at Station square Bhubaneswar.

Purcahasing date- 24-06-2009. The purchase was under YOUNG INDIA OFFER in which I was suppose to get free gifts worth Rs 3600/-.I was also supposed to do the customer registration. But at that time I was busy for my admissions and that dealer assured me that he would be registering my details on www.hclsupportservice.in. After 15 days what I am seeing after coming mumbai is that the registration has been done but except my name , laptop machine number , place of purchase and laptop model all are entered wrong details. I informed these thing to dealer but he respose was nil. That person misguided me and even for gifts I sent my original warranty card to HCL INFOSYSTEMS , NOIDA. Its going to be a year now, I called to Noida for my original warranty card and they are saying that they have sent the doccuments to the address that was on the registered customer detail. When again I called to that dealer he is now trying to escape from my queries.

Sir I despiratly need your help. I want file a consumer case on that PIONEER INFOTECH for misguiding the customers.
