I had a call from delhi (01148810050) that Mr. Prabhaharan telling that he was calling from HDFC credit card division & your card has been upgraded with 1.5 lac of credit limit & it will be replaced with 7 days. after that he told me you have 7000 reward point on present credit card it will not be upgraded in next card you have been given gift voucher from credit card by using your reward point. this amount will deducted from your reward point it will deduct from your account or it will debit & then credited to your account. then he said our gifts offer company will give you a call please don’t tell them this is offered by credit card reward point other wise they decline your gifts.

So then he taken all details from me about my credit card details telling we have to provide you new card so that before we have to close present card so we will required all card details & unfortunately i did not think on that & given all details this frauder. after some time i had phone call from shiftthougt company i did not say anything about offer or gift voucher from credit card so they confirm my order & debited 6399 Rs. from my credit card account. then i come to know that this was a fraud call. on next i confirm wih hdfc credit card customer care & they suggest file a dispute form in HDFC branch. after that i tried to call the customer care from shiftthought company for cancelation of order & drafted a cancellation of order mail to there customer care but they are not giving any response. so requesting you to suggest solution on this matter urgently so that i will have to take next action as per solution.
