Hi, This is in reference to the request number 1-2273131123, dated 12th April and 1-2324006987, dated 21st may 2012 for the Service ID 1105959707. I requestd for deactivation of services over the mentioned service ID. 2- 3 times because the internet is not working. Even after the did not deactivated and the raised the bill. i wrote hem “I am disappointed by the service and not willing to proceed further. My previous request for deactivation in 1st week of April 2012 was not responded followed by another request on 12th of april 2012. Do not hesitate to call on +91 9900019618 for any further details.” They wrote to me that we tried to call you but you did not answered. I receive more than 50 calls in a day, and nobody ever complaint me. If they couldnt reach once, they must try again. But they didnt tried and did not deactivated.”

Just close my case and no harassment calls of making payment.
