hi i m surbhit jain from saharanpur U.P
i have purchased a 280 ltr fridge from the whirlpool from its autherised dealer here in saharanpur in march.
it was creating diff problems from the very first date! they hardly providing me any after sales service.
in oct they told me that the fridge is defective and need to b replaced .they will send it to the company and it will provide me a new fridge as its under the wareenty . they promissed me to provide the new one in a week .and picked it up on 17-10-08
i have the bill and the reciept of delievery for replacement.
now the dealer is refusing to provide me any fridge and saying i dont know talk to the company!
i mailed 2 times my complaint to the company on its website ! but they are not responsing ! dealer is cheating me with the company!
