I have ordered 1TB Harddisk on 12/12/2013 on TIMTARA.com. I have paid money in online through netbanking. The amount was rs4800. I have ordered in the name of manoj kumar racherla as he is paying from his account number. They said they will deliver the product with in 3 weeks. They haven’t done that and not even refund the money. Their response is not proper. I have no way only complaining in consumer court. That’s why I am complaining here. Please make sure to return money. I have called number of times to their customer care but no proper response and spent money for that phone calls a lot. ORDER ID On Timtara.com for product 10368788. www.timtara.com. Now the website is not even available.

I want my money back as soon as possible. The comapnies like timtara.com should not be encouraged and management should be arested. The license of the company should be cancelled. There are many people suffering from that company.
