Fraudster service technician for Hitachi Refrigerators

This is to bring to your notice that a fraudster Mr. Salman – M : +91 9110233754 has visited my house claiming to be Hitachi refrigerator technician and claimed RS 16400/- for PCB replacement and Rs. 3600/- for V guard 1KV stabilizer.
I am attaching the photos of the affected PCB, bills of a company called Bird View, photo Mr. Salman.

Below are the sequence of events since 29th Sep. night :
29/08/18
1. Called 080 35324848 at 9.41 pm – call couldn’t connect – 0 sec –
2. Called 079 30414747 at 9.42 pm twice – call couldn’t connect – both calls 0 sec
3. Called 1800 200 6959 at 9.44 pm – 43 sec and again the same number at 9.46 pm – 37 sec
4. Called 1860 258 4848 at 9.45 pm – couldn’t connect – 0 sec

30/08/18
‘5. Called 1800 200 6959 at 9.53 am – 3.37 min
6. Mr. Salman called 3 times during the day – call history is wiped and only showing from Monday calls. I called once on his number (mentioned above)
7. Mr. Salman visited and said that PCB was burnt so needs to be replaced and will cost Rs. 16400/- He removed the PCB and took with him.

31/08/18
8. I called once to know when the work would be completed. Mr. Salman called once. He visited late and fixed the PCB, did not show any of us the new box or replaced PCB and said, work was done. A young boy was accompanying him – collected cash, when I said i can pay online – said would take a lot of time, so preferred cash or Paytm.

1/09/18
9. As the cooling didn’t happen and he had to still fix the 1KV V guard Stabilizer , I called him several times and when his phone was not reachable, called 1860 258 4848 at 7.08 pm and spoke with someone for 4.23 mins, after which for the first time I received a sms confirming my complaint ticket no.18090106179.
10. Spoke with Mr. Salman again that day and told him that the cooling was still off, so he said would visit on Sunday and since then not to be seen and answered the phone only twice on Monday 3rd Sep/ 2018 with excuses of stuck in traffic and vehicle stopped working.

Subsequently on 3rd I was talking with Mr. Chand Basha who was given my complaint number. He was given Mr. Salman’s number by me and he also spoke to him.

Serious intervention by you and if required I am ready to file a complaint at the Police station against this fraudster. If my money can be retrieved by you and your office, will be grateful.
Social media will be made aware of this kind of fraudsters so people can BEWARE !!!
