I had placed an order at Trendin for a Louis Philipe blavck suit worth Rs. 11000 (prepaid), the order was shipped on 24th may, reached delhi on25th may, it has not been delivered yet.
The response that I got from Customer care Representatives was pathetic, disgusting and unacceptable, Everytime they need 2 working day to resolve the issue.
One time someone says that it will be delivered tomorrow, while other time they say that my complaint has been escalated.There is no clarity at all.
They are constantly manipulating and are not even refunding the money even.
Kindly support against such fraudulent, unscrupulous initiatives.This is a clear case of money laundering.
