Sir, i am given Rs.1,50,000/- to a real estate personnel to buy 10 cents land in the month of November 2012 to build a house in the city where i didn’t reside. He gave me a sale agreement of above said rupees for the LAND REGISTRATION before 30 Jan 13. It has been 05 months passed but he had not telling me the exact date of registration. Presently i lived about 2000kms away from him and he didn’t responding about the date of REGISTRATION.

Sir, Please tell me how can i got that land for which i want to build the house there by legal procedure or show me the way to get lumpsum amount with interest to settle down somewhere else.
