Fraud with me, Broker Code 128091 of Bharti Axa Life Insurance

Dear Sir/Mam I have brought a Bharti Axa Life Insurance policy no. 500-9687855 from Mr. Rahul Rastogi/Pramod Sharma having mobile no. 9953876869, 9811659100 and 9650900590 under Broker Code-128091and Broker Name-NETAMBIT, Registered Emaild id of Broker- “pradeepchaudhary@netambit.in” and Phone no. 0120-2423780 and office at jhande walan Extn. as informed by him. I was getting regular calls from him and his juniors for the policy in the first week of the March he explained me the MONTHLY INCOME PLAN for 15 year policy which he informed me that I have to pay for 7 years Rs.38,922and for the next 8 years I will receive Rs. 4133 per month, also I will get critical illness benefit for me and my family (max. 4 members) and 20 % commission every year with the payment of premium apart from that completion of 15 years means the maturity of the policy I will get Rs. 750000. He also told me that when I will receive a verification call directly from the company I have to tell them that I will not receive any commission and the policy is of 30 years otherwise I will not get any benefits. I asked him why should I lie? But he ensured me that its our internal matter and we sort it out ourselves, you just have to say what I told you. I did exactly what he asked me to do. I was informed by him that I will get welcome kit within 7-8 days and terms in the kit will be of 30 years, in which 15 years you have to pay and you will get the fixed amount monthly in the next 15 years. He informed me that I will receive the bond within 18-20 days and in the bond I will get the 15 years policy in which I have to pay for 7 years and receive monthly income for the next 8 years along with all the benefits as I wanted in the beginning. Sir It was a plan to tape me and It is fraud on the name of Bharti Axa. I have given the IDBI bank cheque no.145461 on 21 march 2013 to Mr. Amar Nath S/o Alakh Ram Voter Id no. SMM2385440 Address: X 36, X block Loha Mandi, Naraina, New Delhi. He has given me the acknowledgement receipt no. 7493570. After giving there documents I received the welcome kit on 31 march 2013. On 1 April 2013 I called Mr. Rahul Rastogi and informed him about the details mentioned in the welcome kit. He told I will receive the bond paper on the 17 or 18 April 2013. I did not received the policy till 21 April 2013 I called Mr. Rahul Rastogi on 22 April 2013, he told me that I should have informed him earlier and he tried to confused me with his talks. He said that wait for few more days and he will do something. Whenever I called him he will make one excuse or another. At last I visited my nearest branch of Bharti Axa sector-16, Faridabad, and showed them the welcome kit and they informed me that the welcome kit is the welcome kit cum bond paper and I will not receive any benefits and commission. I asked them to change my policy to 15 years and they agreed to do so, but the 15 years policy has totally different terms and conditions, output/ benefits and results. In the 15 years policy I will get Rs. 3400 in the form of monthly income for next 8 years and on maturity I will get Rs.146880. when I agree to change my policy in the sector 16 branch, they informed me that free look period is over as it is of 15 days only. As Bharti Axa make lots of big claims on TV, I want justice! I want that Mr. Rahul Rastogi’s and the agency in which he is working should not received any commission from my policy also I should get at least one benefit either commission or rider as promised by him. As this is the second time I have received false commitments and statement from the agencies / broker appointed by you. My first policy no is 5005670186. For this policy I had launched the complain but nothing is done on your part. This time I want justice. Why you people are not stopping them as they doing and done fraud with many of your customers. They have made all story for getting their commission only and but customer like me will have a good image of your Bharti Axa, So must have to take a strict action against agency like these. I will wait for 2 days from now after that I will launch FIR, Case in Consumer Court and Report to media and this will affect your image in market very badly, so if you will not start taking action against them in next 2 days and I will not get my benefit back that they have promised me I don’t know they will pay from their pocket or you will pay for my benefits I need all. Looking for a positive response.
