Dear sir, I would like to bring to your kind attention that I have been cheated by a fraudulent website www.kaunsa. com, by offering me a cheaper laptop through their website on 16/09/2013, the website offering a 26 % for HP laptop model no: COM/COM/HP /50749 inspired me to place an online order through their website. I have paid Rs. 28415/- through the website for the item on 16/09/2013 and got a confirmation mail on 16/09/2013 with a date of delivery mentioned on 01/10/2013. However even after 40 days, I have been trying to get the item/refund, but unfortunately it came to my notice that this is a fraudulent website attracting customers by huge discount offers and cheating the customer without delivering the item/refund. I have tried to reach the company through their phone/email and unfortunately now unable to get any response from them. From the online reviews, I came to know this is their modus operandi and looting innocent customer’s money. I would request your good self to kindly register the case and investigate to stop further cheating by this fraudulent website.
