Tata Indicom Broadband services not started as ordered and cheated with Installation

Tata Indicom / Docomo Sales executive, Ankush took order for a Broadband connection at my newly occupied premise at H No.2 Edenn Garden Row House Society Wakad Pune- 411027 on 24 March2013 along with payment of Rs 572/- for installation (Cheque No.441738 dtd 24 Mar). Even after repeated follow-up the installation is not completed and connection is not provided. Later as promised they failed to refund me the installation charges as well already deducted from my account. At the same time I had paid installation for BSNL line to franchise ‘Aspire Telecom’ who has refunded the amount payable to me after lots of communication following cancellation of my order.

Due to delays in installation I had to suffer problems in terms of non-connectivity, expenses on Cyber Café bills and till date being mentally tortured while following up on installation initially and now asking for the refund of the amount. I already had an ADSL Wifi router with me but due to this failure of Tata Indicom BB installation, I had to purchase a new DSL modem for next service provider who installed cabled broadband at the premise in May 2013.

Total relief I ask for is Rs. 12822/- and interest as applicable on the refund amount pending. Breakdown is given below. 1.Refund of Installation Money= 572/- 2.Interest as applicable on the money till date 3.Cyber Café bills for 2 months: 600/- 4.Cost of new DSL router I purchased= 1650/- (Older ADSL router is still lying unused) 5.Compensation for mental torture undergone along with time wasted= 10000/- (The efforts spent on email can be seen in the communication chain attached)
