I recharged my mobile number 759791xxx on 16/05/2015 online using freecharge app for 150 rupees. I used freecharge credits for payment. After recharging my account was debited for 150 but my mobile no. was not recharged. I talked with both BSNL and freecharge. Freecharge is saying that transaction was successfully processed by operator as per their records and operator transaction id for the same is 2428518069. But when i talked to BSNL they said no transaction was processed for my mobile number.

As freecharge is saying that transaction was successful, please ask from operator about details of recharge and the benefits credited against this operator transaction id. And operator should confirm freecharge that the aforesaid transaction was not processed on my mobile no. and i have not received its benefits. And operator should refund money to freeecharge so that they can refund it back to me.
