i received an email from freecharge.in on may 31,2015 stating that i had opened an account with them and that i have done recharge of some mobile number in mumbai region. i had immediately informed them that this mobile number is not mine and my email id is being used as the identity. again i got another recharge information for another mobile number in mumbai region has been recharged using my email id as the identity. i am very concerned that my email id is being used for some illegal/criminal activity and have informed freecharge again today through their email (care@freecharge.com) i have not received any proper information as to how they will resolve the matter.

i want them to delink my email id from the transactions and ensure that any liability resulting from the above transactions are not going to affect my good standing in society.
