I took Loan from Fullerton India for Rs. 260636/- in April 2013. I have two complaints as below mentioned- 1- Fullerton india Deducted Rs. 8427/- on the name of privilege Program Club Fee. without my consent or approval. 2- They Fined me 7% as foreclosure charge when i closed this loan but as per agreement charge was 5% decided.

i need all the extra amount refunded.
