I had purchased Capital Unit Gain Policy from Bajaj Allianz on 15.07.2007 and payment mode is monthly through ECS. Policy No is 0051432302. My policy is running well and ECS is also running without any intruption. But my fund value is showing only approx Rs. 80,000/- against paid up amount of 1,11,000/-. It is come to know that Company has wrongly deducted the policy reinstate charge while policy is not bounced. This charges has deducted two or more than two times from all allocated fund, resulting the fund is decreasing every day while collaction is continue.

My agent has complained meny times in the branch but rectification has not done till now.

Through my agent, it is come to know that this types of problem has raised with his three customer who has CUG policy.

You are requested to comple them to rectify the fund value by waving the unneccessary charges deducted by the agency.
